Lance Fleming

The raw prairie land, east of Colorado Springs was the perfect place for an "unsellable" plot of land. Fourty acres with panoramic views of the mountains in the west. Unimaginable sunsets over Pikes Peak as the antelope grazed. The sky filled with stars and galaxies you don't see in the city nights. But it was an impossible plot of land to buy or sell. Two types of wells. Not enough irrigation to farm. Too much land to build. The puzzle pieces were in front of him, and now it was time to figure out a way to make them fit. After hours of research, planning, working with appraisers, lenders, architects and construction companies, Lance had finally put the puzzle together and because of that hard work, he sat on the front porch of his dream home. A little country home with an unobstructed view to paradise and a place to call a forever home.

This story perfectly sums up the kind of agent Lance is, and the type of agent he continuously strives to be for his clients. Lance was taught at a young age that if you want something in life, you have to work for it. So that's what he did. And he worked hard.

Lance was raised in the Midwest and Colorado with his older sister. As a child, Lance had aspirations of being a play-by-play announcer. Never in a million years did he think he would stumble into the real estate industry, but you can't always predict where or when you'll discover what you're meant to do in life.

As the years went by, Lance worked his way from a newspaper delivery boy to a film editor and photographer, never wavering in his resolve to become the best version of himself with each career move.

Lance got into the real estate industry 8 years ago when he joined a team in Colorado Springs. He set out to be a leader in the real estate community, finding the best ways to help his clients buy and sell homes.

As his career advanced, Lance found his stride working with raw land and custom-built homes and investment property sales, throughout the Front Range. He's an expert in tough to sell listings, competitive buying techniques and negotiations, fix-and-flip potential, and high end custom built homes.

Throughout his career, Lance has helped his clients buy nearly $25-Million in property sales. Lance lives in Wiggins, Colorado with his wife and four children. In his free time, he enjoys attending sporting events.

Lance aims to provide the highest level of service to his clients and takes deep pride in helping them achieve their real estate goals.
